1. How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Metro cities: 3–5 working days
  • Other locations: 5–7 working days
    Delivery times may vary during festive seasons or unforeseen delays.

2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We offer COD across India for your convenience.

3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/Email/WhatsApp. You can use it to check real-time delivery updates.

4. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.

5. What should I do if my package is delayed?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact our support team at contactdermaradiance@gmail.com or  +91 95994 45324 with your order ID.

6. Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
No, you can’t update your shipping address.

7. What happens if I’m not available at the time of delivery?
Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. You’ll also get a call/SMS before delivery. If the package returns to us, we can reship it with applicable charges.

8. Are your packages discreet?
Yes! We ensure secure and discreet packaging so your products arrive in perfect condition without revealing contents.

9. What if my order arrives damaged?
Please share unboxing images or videos with us within 24 hours of delivery. We will replace the damaged product at no extra cost.
