Return & Replace Policy
At Derma Radiance, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re
not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Return & Replace Conditions:
- Products are eligible for return or replacement only if they are unopened,
unused, and in their original packaging. - We do not accept returns for opened, used, or tampered products due to
hygiene and safety reasons. - A return or replacement request must be made within 7 days of receiving the
product.
How to Request a Return or Replacement:
- Email Us: Send an email to contactdermaradiance@gmail.com with the
subject line “Return/Replace Request – [Order ID]”. - Include the Following Details:
o Your full name
o Order ID
o Reason for return/replacement
o Clear images of the product (if damaged or incorrect item received) - Our customer care team will respond within 48 hours with further instructions.
Shipping for Returns:
- You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us unless the return is
due to an error on our end (wrong/damaged product). - Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the
replacement or refund accordingly.
Important Notes: - Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 7-
10 business days after product inspection.
In case of replacement, the new product will be shipped after we receive the
original item.
